Strong yet flexible nylon/fiberglass hydraulic cylinders with piston-like arms for pushing tabs into position. Includes connections for EIC relay module.
Fluid flows through a concealed hole in the upper hinge at the top of the actuator — thus eliminating external hoses subject to damage.
How to identify your existing actuator?
Measure the overall length of your actuator, from the top to the very bottom of the hinge when the ram is retracted.
- Standard Actuator = 340mm (13 2/5") overall measurement, from the very top to the bottom of the base hinge. Stroke of 63.5mm (2 1/2") which can be modified to meet unique specifications. Identified with 4 rings on the actuator base.
- Short Actuator = 290mm (11 3/7") overall measurement, from the very top to the bottom of the base hinge. Stroke of 63.5mm (2 1/2") which can be modified to meet unique specifications. Identified with 3 rings on the actuator base.
- Extra Short Actuator = 270mm (10 5/8") overall measurement, from the very top to the bottom of the base hinge. Stroke of 63.5mm (2 1/2") which can be modified to meet unique specifications. Identified with 3 rings on the actuator base.
