  • Warranty Claim – for items that are damaged or faulty.

Important:

  • Please do not return the item/s to us until you have received written approval to do so from us (for example an email from us). 
  • Requests must be made within 30 days after date of invoice.
  • We reserve the right to charge a processing, handling or re-stocking fee on all goods returned.
